One of the main criteria used to choose ECOtec employees and consultants is the personal integrity, which represents, more than the technical competences, the true value through which ECOtec wishes to be appreciated. For this reason we have for our staff an internal path of awareness raising and rewarding.
The Code of Conduct is an integral part of the agreements and the whole staff, at all levels, works towards the respect of this code.
No use of confidential information. All ECOtec partners are strongly requested to obey the laws related to the breach of confidential information in force in the jurisdiction. Confidential information are always dealt with showing the most rigorous respect of the specific procedures and laws defined for this purpose by ECOtec Consultino Management and based on the procedures and laws in force.
Classified Data. Access to classified data is strictly reserved to authorised personnel, who have to observe the regulations concerning data’s privacy.
Confidentiality Obligation. The know-how developed by ECOtec Consulting are a fundamental resource that every partner, consultant and recipients must protect. In case of improper disclosure of such competences, the company could suffer a damage to its integrity/credibility, as well as its own image up to a financial damage. Therefore the collaborators and other recipients must not disclose to a third party any information related to ECOtec Consulting’s technical, technological and business knowledge. The confidentiality obligations remain also after the end of a working relationship.
Privacy and discretion. While carrying out its activity ECOtec Consulting collects a significant amount of personal data and confidential information, dealing with them in compliance with all the laws concerning discretion in force in the jurisdictions where it works and with the best ways to protect discretion.
For this reason we guarantee a high safety level in the selection and use of our own IT systems for the management of personal data.
