Reach by subway is easy: you can either get off at metro stops in Piazza Cavour and Museum, but to Piazza Dante.
It is inadvisable to use the car for the scarcity of parking nearby. In any case, you can try along via Constantinopoli and the car park located opposite the underground station Piazza Cavour.
On Via Broggia is possible more easily to park two wheelers.
